"Liza's program really helped me to dig deep and come to terms with the label "alcoholic." While I don't like the label and feel like it kept me stuck for fear of being labeled, I had long ago labeled myself alcoholic. She helped me to understand that and adjust my perspective. Her brutal honest about her own experiences is so inspiring that it gave me hope for change. I really enjoyed her energy and short daily video modules and feel that her program has helped me to get the start I need to live a fulfilling and beautiful like alcohol-free."

"I had been what I thought to be a 'social drinker' for 20 plus years. In the past I had tried AA, eventually decided I didn't need it. Six months later, I was drinking again. The next time I decided to stop drinking, I wanted to try on my own.

I read quit literature and listened to podcasts, but knew I needed more of an outline of not only how to stay sober but how to enjoy my new life alcohol-free. Then I came across Liza and her online program. Thanks to her course, I have managed to continue to stay alcohol-free with the tools and information she provides. It doesn't matter how old you are or how many times you've tried to stop drinking. If you want to cut out or even cut back your drinking, I highly recommend this program."

"Liza is kind, strong, compassionate, unflinching, honest, creative, more herself and committed to herself than most people even aspire to in regards to their own identity, role and path. From podcasts to poetry, Liza's engagement with others is based on an intensity of curiosity around the role we play in our own lives. She shares so much more of herself than we would ever expect even from people close to us. I feel blessed to know her and know that she would never promise something she was unable or uninterested in delivering."

"Liza is an incredible woman. She has a kind heart, is very outgoing and on days when I feel like I can't make it, she always gives me a reason to keep going. On my good days, I can't wait to share those moments with her. Her excellence is immeasurable and her feedback is worthwhile."

Allie

"I have know Liza for several years, through college and now adulthood. However, she is not the same person I met in college over 10 years ago. I’m am proud of the person she has become. Through hard work and determination she has made the necessary sacrifices to become a better version of herself. She never stops her journey of self improvement and encourages others around her to do the same. Liza is goal oriented, compassionate, and most of all a wonderful friend."
